鵬飛集團研發(fā)的聯(lián)合半終粉磨系統(tǒng)實現(xiàn)高效節(jié)能降耗

5月28日，公司董事長、總經(jīng)理王家安陪同江蘇省建材行業(yè)協(xié)會會長聶長蘭一行在沭陽沂淮集團生產(chǎn)現(xiàn)場參觀，對我公司生產(chǎn)的預(yù)粉磨與球磨機組成的粉磨系統(tǒng)生產(chǎn)情況進行實地考察。江蘇省首批認(rèn)定的年產(chǎn)120萬噸水泥節(jié)能粉磨示范生產(chǎn)線——沭陽沂淮集團使用我公司生產(chǎn)的VPM2400預(yù)粉碎立磨、φ4.2×13m開流球磨機組成的聯(lián)合半終粉磨系統(tǒng)，該粉磨系統(tǒng)產(chǎn)量高、磨耗小，水泥品質(zhì)高，水泥細度和比表控制方便，在行業(yè)內(nèi)被廣泛認(rèn)可和推薦使用。生產(chǎn)P.O42.5時：臺時產(chǎn)量260T/H，系統(tǒng)單位電耗24.5Kwh/噸水泥;生產(chǎn)P.C32.5時：臺時產(chǎn)量280T/H，系統(tǒng)單位電耗22.8Kwh/噸水泥，節(jié)電30%以上。

When to produce p.o42.5, the output is 260tph, power consumption of the system is 24.5KWH/ton cement, when to produce P.C32.5, the output is 280tph, power consumption of the system is 22.8KWH/ton cement, power consumption is reduced over 30%.
